Supplies, notice, and where we clean.
What supplies do you bring?
We bring cleaning supplies and cloths for a hotel-standard visit. If you prefer we use products already in the home, say so when you book.
Are visits insured?
Home by M-Luck holds insurance with Chubb. Please ask us for the coverage details that apply to your booking.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
You may cancel or move a household visit at no charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the booked start time. If you cancel, move the visit, or we cannot get into the home with less than 24 hours' notice, the booked price is payable.
Where do you clean?
HDB, condo and landed homes across Singapore. Homes only.
How much notice do you need?
Book online, or WhatsApp. Booking hours are 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. The desk replies 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. The calendar only offers slots that still finish by 10:00 PM.
What if something is missed?
Tell us the same day. We will return to put it right.
