Who you are booking with

Home by M-Luck is operated by M-Luck International (S) Pte Ltd (UEN 200711945N). When you book a clean or ask for a business quote on this site, you are dealing with M-Luck International (S) Pte Ltd. Our office is at 190 Middle Road #14-03 Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979.

Using this website

You may use this site to read about our services, ask for a quote and book a visit. Please give a correct name, mobile, email and address so we can reach you and attend the home or site.

Prices

• Prices include 9% GST. The figure you see on the site and on the booking page is the full price.
• One all-in price. There are no hidden fees added at the door for the service you booked.
• Hourly visits use the weekday or weekend rate for that date. Deep clean, move-in/out and window prices are the weekday total, and a weekend or Singapore public holiday adds 15 percent. Post-renovation is the weekday price +15% on a weekend or Singapore public holiday, rounded to the nearest dollar.
• A price shown as "from" is the starting price for that home. We confirm it before we dispatch staff.

Household bookings

Household jobs are paid upfront, in full, before we send staff. We do not dispatch a team to a home until that payment is received.

Business clients

Business clients are invoiced on the 15th of the following month. Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. Office and factory work is quoted for the site and is not booked as a household visit on this website.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may cancel or move a household visit at no charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the booked start time.
• If you cancel, move the visit, or we cannot get into the home with less than 24 hours' notice, the booked price is payable.
• If we cannot staff your visit, we will offer another time. If that does not work for you, we refund what you paid.

If our staff do not attend

If our staff do not show up and the visit is not done, you receive a cash refund of the price you paid for that visit.

Calls

We may record phone calls. We will tell you at the start of the call. Recordings are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Your personal data

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. You may ask us to delete your personal data. Email booking@mluck.sg and we will delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Damage and liability

Tell us about damage or loss within 48 hours of the visit and we will look into the claim. Our liability for a visit is limited to the price you paid for that visit. This limit does not apply where Singapore law does not allow it, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore decide disputes about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking. If you use the site after the new date, the updated terms apply to bookings you make after that date.
